Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB). We aim to describe colours, materials, sizing and availability accurately, but screens, hand measurement and production batches can cause reasonable differences. Product-specific information takes priority over general guidance.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and our confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfil it.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and follow the return authorization process.

Website availability and liability

We may maintain or change the website without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
