If something is not right, contact us within 7 days after delivery so we can review your request.

Return eligibility

Because lingerie is an intimate product, change-of-mind returns are accepted only when the item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, packaging and hygiene seal intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for review even when the issue is discovered after opening the parcel. Please keep the item and packaging while we assess the request.

How to request a return

1. Email reach@forhersecret.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the affected item, the reason and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item. The return address will be provided after approval.

Return shipping

For a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, For Her Secret covers reasonable return shipping arranged or approved by us. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider or bank may need additional time to make the credit visible. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
