Dispatch and transit

We will email you when your order has been dispatched. Estimated transit time within Thailand is approximately 7 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided after dispatch when supported by the selected carrier. You can also use our Track Order page.

Possible delays

Carrier operations, weather, peak periods, remote locations and incomplete address information can affect delivery. Please provide a complete Thai delivery address and reachable phone number at checkout.
